Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
We do not have a return policy, which means if there is a size or defect issue , you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an alteration.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
All our garments go through various quality inspections and checks before being shipped and are free from defects. However please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim after 24 hours from delivery would not be entertained.
SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES
1. For Indian Clients
- Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes & duties.
- There is no additional charges for shipping within India. It will be completely borne by the brand.
2. For International Clients
- For most countries, we ship outfits on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices are displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
- As a recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country the buyer resides in.
- To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.
- Additional shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry.
